Orders will be accepted in writing only (fax or email), telephonic orders will not be accepted!

Payment terms are strictly prepayment, unless your company has an approved account with us.

Orders for ex-import or special items cannot be cancelled. A restocking charge will apply to cancellation or returning of standard stock items

Transport and / or Packaging (T&P) charges will be added where necessary. Free delivery to account holders within 50 km radius.

Delivery time is an estimation only and we will not be held accountable for delay in deliveries. Delivery terms will count from the date of receipt of order.

Payment for orders should be made in advance (non-account holders), bank draft in favour of B & M Scientific cc or by letter of credit confirmed by a SA Bank.

Quotation prices exclude VAT and are valid for 30 days (domestic) or 90 days (foreign). Prices subject to rate of exchange.

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise indicated or required.

Confidentiality of our offer must remain between the Purchaser and B & M Scientific and may not be discussed with any third party outside the parties involved unless agreed upon between the Purchaser and B & M Scientific.

Accounts are provided after a period of regular purchasing for 4-6 months & there will be a requirement of 5 references. Form is to be completed and account number to be issued before account is approved.

B & M Scientific reserves the right to provide an account and to limit the account to an amount at its discretion!

Minimum order value on all orders (exclusive of VAT) are to be ZAR100.

Typographical / clerical errors are subject to correction.

Responsibility of products ceases at delivery to transport company in good condition.

Goods are to be checked on delivery & invoice / slip to be signed. No queries will be entertained relating to goods after 7 working days.

A limited 1 year warranty is offered on equipment & electrical components.

No goods will be accepted for return unless approved by B & M Scientific.

Special / non-stock / imported / damaged items will NOT be exchanged, cancelled or returned after order is placed.

Goods returned will only be exchanged / returned / credited if they are in their original packaging with all manuals, etc.

15% handling charges + VAT on the invoice value of goods will be charged for goods which are returned without being exchanged.

Consignment goods will not be allowed unless supervised by one of the personnel of B & M Scientific. However, client is free to come over and view product or request complete specification from the office.
